Inject code after body from a blank (its own) template file (1 post)

    I am needing to place a new html code in my wordpress header.php(body) template daily.

    Instead of searching for the commented out section of my header.php file, is it possible to have a blank template file that I can store an html code in and have a code inserted in the header.php(body) file call for it?
