Information Not Displaying

Hi,

I have installed the plugin and entered numerous show details however when I add it to the side bar or use the shortcode on any page, the information and picture does not display. The only thing that displays is ‘On Air Now’, can anybody suggest a fix to this?

I would be very grateful of any assistance in resolving this issue.
