Information in form being sent as something else in email, is this possible?

    My question is this,

    Is it possible to have your contact form display certain words for example.

    Locations:
    1_ 2_ 3_ 4_ 5_

    And assume these are check boxes. If someone selects locations 1 and 2 on the form, when the email is shipped out could I have that information relay as

    Locations: A, B.

    Basically I want the user end to see one set of locations but for admin purposes have that relayed as another set of locations. Would something like that be possible if anyone knows?
