    Hey Guys,
I'm working on creating a large informational site on yet-to-be discovered creatures. You can see a prototype here. The interesting part is that I'll have several contributers adding new articles to the site. Should all these articles be posts that are in categories? Perhaps the categories themselves should be on separate pages? What are your thoughts? How do I make a large wordpress site easy to navigate?

    Thanks

Think about how your users would look for articles. If the articles can naturally be grouped together then I would probably create different categories and then write posts and assign them to the appropriate category. This way users could drill down by category and find all of the available articles under it.
