   Hi

   I need a system that allows people to register and have access to the back of wordpress which will let them add new pages and posts but not let them touch anything sensitive on the site.

   Also would like it if anything new ie posts or pages done by someone cannot go live until I have ok'ed it.

   Are the systems I have specified the right kind of tools for the job?

   Can they allow a login in box on the front page of my site that people can reigster and it will send me an email to confirm registration?

   If these arent the right types of systems is there anything that anyone knows I can get to allow this kind of thing?

   Really need an answer to these questions as I really need to start something asap.
