   I can't change individual single page or post permalink from page/post editor. I can click on Edit and change it but when I click Save and refresh page it still shows old permalink.
   Why and what should I do to fix it? does this have something to do with permissions or what?

   Edit the permalink, click Save and then Update the page/post.
