I have multisite setup to work with multi domains and all the blogs work fine. However, the register link for each created blog:
    wp-login.php?action=register
leads to a page not found error. This happens even with the blogs using the main domain. What have I done wrong, please?

  2. Did you do the usual turn off all your plugins?

Yes, even with all plugins off the register pages are not there.

  4. How's the 404 formatted?

Do you mean the 404's on the theme templates? But the page not found isn't showing a WordPress 404:

  6. I meant on the register page. You go to domain.com/wp-login.php?action=register and that's what EVERYONE gets?

Yes, no matter which blog or browser I try it's the same, and my 2 tester members have the same problem.

  8. Did you try a different theme?

Yes, tried lots of different themes.

  10. I can't reproduce that on a clean site with Multisite and no plugins active... The only test I can think of here is to install WP in a subfolder and make a clean Multisite to see if you can repro the plugin, and determine if it's your server or not.
