    Hello,
I made a page for a guy and want to enable him to edit some things in the Backed that only a Admin can do - but not all of the Options an Admin has.
Like, he should be able to edit the General Settings, Page Title, Discretion and so on and change options in some installed Plugins.
What I do not want is to enable him to get the rights that he can accidentally "damage" the Page in any way. Meaning he should not be able to install or deinstall or update Plugins, restore Backups and so on.
I found a intresting Plugin Adminimize that can disable rights for all admins but not for a particular one - cause I still want to have the full admin rights.
Is there a Plugin that enables me to give certain Admin rights to a user?

Take a look look at the Resources in the Roles and Capabilities article.

The Role Manager plugin might work for you.

If by "this" you mean the Role Manager plugin, then yes, it is.
