Index.php not working now (2 posts)

We have been using WordPress since 2008 with little to no problems. However, for some reason on Tuesday 11-8 we went to the website only to find out that blog is not displaying.
    Our website is http://www.lptn.org

The login page is showing when we manually key it, and as far as I have been informed as the webmaster no one else has changed anything within wordpress itself.

The way our blog is setup, it is supposed to display the frame http://www.lptn.org/blog
Where it shows the index.php page with our set them and recent posts, etc.
There are two things that concern us.
1-Could this be a hacking issue? Nothing else seems wrong with wordpress but it will not display the index.php. We have looked over the code and need a wordpress specialist to help us see what might be out of place.
2-I use Kaspersky internet security and it has given me messages which concern us, saying that there is bad javascripts which may contain trojans. We have found no other clear indications of hacking of our materials or database. In our FTP program I noticed that the Index.php in each of the directories has a current date. But I believe this is normal because the config updates it does it not so that it displays all current info/posts? Could we have clarification on this?

I do not think that the last-modified date on index.php gets changed by WordPress. You might try uploading a fresh copy.

See the FAQ article on recovering a hacked site.
