Just started to work with WordPress and have a quick question.

I want the blog page not to be the home page of the site and I would like to add the blog as one of the other pages that a user can select (as the About page).

Are there settings that can be changed to do this? and where would those be in the Admin function?

    Thanks

thanks I just found it. was looking in the wrong place.

Now need to set up the blog as the next page. Once I selected another page as the home page the blog is gone.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Create a page called "Blog", then back to the admin settings as before, Posts page -> Select -> Blog

    That should work.
