strollsI have many years programming, but fairly new to WordPress and php.
Currently running a number of wordpress sites hosted on 1 & 1. I've used 1 & 1 many years and find them excellent, and the support very responsive.
I need to increase the size that I can upload, so that I can include longer audio and video files.

Before I go asking 1 & 1 about their side of it...
Questions:
1) where do I find the php.ini and .htaccess files?
2) The support page offers this advice...
Increase the file upload size limit and/or file upload space limit:
1. Login to wp-admin as an administrator.
2. In the Site Admin navigation box, click "Options"
3. Scroll down and change the settings for "Max upload file size" and/or "Blog upload space"
I can't find a Site Admin 'navigation box' with any 'options' to click. Is this instruction for an older version of WordPress?
