Increasing traffic

I have a blog in a Persian language. Majority of the posts are not original article. What makes my blog special is the variety and the quality of the article collection.

I need to increase my visitor base. How can I do it? Surely plugins will be the answer but which one? Ping is a word that is not clear to me.
I appreciate your help in advance.
