   hi,

   How can I increase the width of my post page. I would like to utilize some of the free space that exists on the left and right side of the web page.

   The width of your post page is controlled by the css in your theme's style.css file. Some of the things that affect width are width, margin, padding, and border. If you adjust one thing larger, you will likely have to make something else (such as the sidebar) smaller.
