I’m not sure exactly what you mean by increasing the size of your logo.
Do you require a physically larger version? Or, do you wish to spread your logo across the full width of the screen?
These are very different problems and require different solutions.
I’d be very interested to know which it is so we can move forward on this.

What you are asking is possible to do but unless I’ve missed something, not from within the theme itself.
It would require making a copy of the header template and doing some coding. What you must remember is that any changes will be lost when the theme is updated.
What most do in these situations is make a child theme and use adaptations of the original templates with some extra css coding to achieve the desired look. If you haven’t come across child themes before this is worth a read.
It is a really nice looking theme and the php code is clear so what you require is definitely possible. If you know php coding it could be done relatively painlessly by moving the header block.
