Increase font size in page post? Plugin / Shortcode? | WordPress.org

Hi All,

I need to have control over my text so I can make some text bigger or smaller – if I use headings my genesis theme ads <hr> under them by default. Not sure why.

Is there a plugin or shortcode program that allows WP to have more control over text formatting? Font Size? Font?

You don’t need a plugin or shortcode – CSS controls the formatting of text.

Hi,
Thanks for the notes. Just like I can select text and click the B button and it will bold – I want to be able to select text and go to a dropdown like the H1 menu and specify a size, but I can’t do that with wordpress fontsize plugin.

When you say CSS controls the formatting, do I need to type in code when I write the post or page in the HTML window?

I’m training someone who does not code to do this.
