Incorect nesting in the Loop

I am working with some Custom Post types. I am trying to display the content on a page but I am having trouble because each time the loop pulls the next set of content required, it places it inside the previous “post”. And subsquently each post is getting nested inside the previous one.

I am sure this is just a simple HTML coding mistake on my part but I just cant seem to figure it out and Im spending too much time trying. I am hoping someone can quickly glance at it and help me with the problem. I am very sure that my PHP is terrible but I am not knowlegable enough in it. If you see where I am making a mistake or not coding right please enlighten me. I welcome it.
