This plug-in appears to stop functioning on upgrade to 3.1.2, though it was working perfectly with 3.1 (not sure about 3.1.1). Posts belong to child categories start to appear again on the category listing after the upgrade, as if the plug-in was not installed.

This has now been resolved. The problem was that permalinks need to be enabled for the plug-in to work. The developer may address this in a future version of the plug-in.

Sorry broken and yes I have premalinks, only 1 /%postname%/ so I guess I am out off luck with this plugin
This has no effect with v3.1.2
I hope if gets fixed, this plugs a big weakness in wordpress.

I am running the plugin on WordPress 3.12, with /%postname%/ without any issues. However, I am wondering if you need to install, "Dean's Permalinks Migration" plugin first. I would disable the plugin first, install the "Dean's Permalinks Migration" plugin and then install configure your permalink structure.
If you are having issues, I would be willing to look at your site.
Tried it again with the same result.
Guess I will just arrange the menu design without child categories. Just can't take the change that if it gets working, then after some update stops working again, which would make the menu useless and therefore would cost me loads of new paying signups.
Thanks for the offer thou.
