    Hey, thanks for reaching out & I would gladly help, but we also installed this app and scribled with all the possible preferences and it all seemed to be working perfectly fine.

    Also — what are the other plugins you have installed? What’s the blog in question? Is there a chance you could send a screenshot of your plugin settings page, so that we could have a closer look?
