Incoming links – sending referrers

    I’ve read a little in the codex about this, but haven’t seemed to be able to explain to myself why the following is happening.

    My blog is on version 2.0.3. In the Dashboard, almost all of the incoming links are from my own posts. On my local computer (which is running version 2.0.2), the incoming links are coming from many places outside of my own blog.

    I hope someone out there can help explain this to me. Thank you.

    This is because your local install is located at http:/localhost — every local install of wordpress is located at the same address, even though they’re on different computers.

    It’s not a problem, it’s quite normal 🙂
