   Hi, on the dashboard the links for the feeds are not working. In the box the error message is:

   Warning: main(/home/www/sheffield-link.co.uk/ebayrss/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/sheffield-link.co.uk/ebayrss/wp-includes/class-feed.php on line 4

   When I try to search for a plugin I get the error message:
   
   An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.

   Yes I have tried the timeout to 30 seconds but still no luck.

   I have reinstalled wordpress 2.9.1 about 5 times and tried all sorts to get it to work but without success :(
   I have tried re-uploading the problematic files via ftp to try and fix, did not work.

   Can anyone please help?

   I have the same issue with my 2.9.2 installation feeds on the dashboard.
   I get WP HTTP Error: Could not open handle for fopen() for each feed.

   I also get the Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request when trying to get plugins.

   Any help.

   NB: I am installing on my local windows machine with xampp.
