Hi.

So I have three sites using almost identical themes and in the sidebar I have cross referencing RSS widgets (site a. has RSS widgets for b. and c., site b. has a. and c. etc).

At the moment my "recent posts" widget shows a bullet icon based on the post format (http://i.imgur.com/0tJhp.png [normal, gallery, video and interview]) and I'd love to do that across the three sites in the RSS widget too.

Passing the post type is no problem (I can easily pass ie. a
via the feed).

My question is, how would I go about changing the default RSS widget for adding a class to the

item, or better yet, adding a before one.

If anyone has any insight on this I'd be very thankful.

Nevermind. Figured it out by myself, thank you very much.

    (Sarcasm intended.)
