    I’m with Michael on this as a feature request. It would be great to have an option in the admin settings to enter our own title (such as References or Footnotes) that would only appear if there are footnotes on the page. Up until now, I’ve been manually putting the word “References” at the bottom of a post that has footnotes so that the footnotes display beneath that.

    One less thing to do when writing is always a good thing.
