   Is there a way to include updated pages in an rss feed? I regularly change pages on the site, but there's no easy way to notify people automatically...

   I have tried both of these but http://www.silpstream.com/blog/feed-control/ had what a needed, which is to be able to exclude certain pages from my RSS Feed, problem is it doesn't work and I don't see a way on the website how to contact the person that made the plugin to ask a question. Is there any other plugins for this?

   I think you should try feedburner once, and i think in feedburner we have one option for doing such stuff.

   I can't find it on Feedburner to change.
