Include Join Group/leave group Button with group/s shortcode

I was wondering if there was a way to include the join group button in the shortcode for group/s. would love a one touch solution for users. The idea is to write a post about some of the groups and have the call to action be for the users to join the talked about groups. This would be helpful to drive memberships.
