[resolved] Include description with wp_get_links? (4 posts)

I moved my links off of my sidebar onto a separate page using a page template and am really pleased with how easy it was to move it.

However, I would like to make a change ... I'm currently using the example on the Codex's wp_get_links page and would like to know if that could be modified to include the description?

I've tried mucking around with it myself, but nothing's worked so far.

Why not just use Template_Tags/get_links ? If I'm not mistaken, it will wrap each in a <li> / </li> tag, sort by name, show image and description and add a line break.

I may have to, I'll just have to remember to add a new set of code if/when I add a new links category. I preferred the other method because it autogenerated everything for me. ;P

Decided to bite the bullet and code them by hand using get_links. Thanks for the reply. :)
