   There is a plugin that:

   I needed to know if it WAS possible to disable under Blogs inactive for a period of time (* 1 month or more).
   if for a month in a blog is not visited, it Automatically queue of inactivity. (Or something similar)

   I don;t believe it'll do inactive blogs but it's a start. It's setup to delete spam blogs and users. Should be same principle.

   There's an outside script as well but I can;t find it right off.
