‘%’ in URL string of posts

    When I create a post the ‘%’ character is appended to the end of the URL. As a result, all the links to previous posts result in a Bad Request page. How can I fix that?

    I just upgraded to v. 2.9, and I’m running the White theme. You can see my blog here.
