In-site Job Application Manger

Hello,

I am starting up a graduate recruitment site, and want the entire process to take place within the site for both the applicant and employer. The main problem I am having is finding a way to list all the jobs that have been applied for in the applicants profile, and all the applicants who have applied in the employers profile. I then wanted a dropdown box in the employers profile to state the status of the application (such as “phone interview” or “rejected”) and then for this to be updated in the applicants profile.

I am new to WordPress so I am sorry if this doesn’t make any sense.
