in post display just single image instead shortcode

Hi,
In post, I have click on nextgen gallery button from toolbar, got the popup, select the gallery, gallery type.
At last press save/insert button, so in my post I got just one image, not the shortcode,
I have try to deactivate all other plugin, and also switch my theme.
So can anybody tell me what the problem going on except above to solution.

yes but it happen at admin side, so I should provide the admin details.
Can I contact you in skype or any other private chat messenger?

Ya one more think I have also tried this plugin to install in my default wordpress, for testing purpose, in which I have just install nextgen and its pro version, nothing else but in it, it has not been working.

@photocrati, As I have google for that, I have find one link,i.e.

in which I have refer the section,
“NextGEN Gallery Shortcode’s new ‘Placer Image'”
So I think in new version there is auto generated image,i.e. ‘Placer Image’ instead of auto generated shortcode.
it is ok, but the problem is that I have write some code base on gallery id and that id, I fetch from the shortcode which is generated in post.
but now it is not generate shortcode , it is generate image, so my code has been fall down.!

@nimesh – Are you wanting to work with the [singlepic] shortcode, or are you referring to using a shortcode to display a gallery?

@nimesh – I believe I understand what you are asking … unfortunately at this time there is not IGW option to insert a SinglePic image, although you can get to it via the Add Media button.
