I need a WP plugin that manages clients' (visitors) questions, sending them to the right person within a specific category !
Example :
Joe has a back problem. He visits the site, fills the 'HELP ME !' form (by including email, choosing the 'Back Problem' category + writing a short description) and asks for solutions.
The plugin sends the mail / form content to specialists registered in the 'Back Problem' category only.
Anything already available that answers this request ?
