Hi,
Just wondered if you’ve figured out how to get around this. I have the same issue in IE 10. Works fine in other browsers. It’s a great plugin – customers are using it a lot. Problem is that I then have other customers emailing to tell me it’s not working (the people using IE 10).
I have exactly the same problem…I have a feeling it’s got to do with Java Runtime…
OK, the fix is found. Tested and working on IE8 and IE9.
You need to modify the jquery.simplemodal.js found under the /js folder of the plugin with this new one.
Backup first!!
Replace !b.support.boxModel with (document.compatMode === “BackCompat”)
Or just follow the pastebin link and replace the whole content with the content on your site found in /wp-content/plugins/product-enquiry-for-woocommerce/js/jquery.simplemodal.js

It worked fine man!!!
