   Under the Discussion area I have it checked (Comment author must fill out name and e-mail) and it still just says leave reply there is no option to enter name and email and it's just a big box. Plus no where does it say leave a comment it says Leave a Reply.

   Under Discussion area I have these checked:

   Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article.
   Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
   Allow people to post comments on new articles

   Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
   Enable threaded (nested) comments

   Anyone posts a comment
   A comment is held for moderation

   An administrator must always approve the comment

   Am I doing something wrong?

   If you're logged in, it doesn't prompt you for your name/email.

   Log out and refresh the page :)
