DaedalonTwo minor mistakes in browser update notification in admin dashboard:
1. For Opera Mobile, the download link leads to Opera for desktop. The proper link is http://m.opera.com/, recommended by Opera on http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/.
2. For Pale Moon (an optimized Firefox), the notification and links are about Firefox. For example now it tells to update Pale Moon 8 to Firefox 9. It'd be better to recognize Pale Moon as a separate browser and nag admins to update only to higher Pale Moon versions when available. One thing to note is that 3.x branch is separate from 4+ so that users of 3.x should only update to newer 3.x versions and not for example to 9.0.
