Impossible to access to editing page by hacking

    There are some solutions when a website is hacked.
    Before backuping datas and upgrading the version…I cannot access the page I can do for them.
    ID and Passwords were completely changed by someone.(no ideas for the reason)
    Please give any idea I can cope with this.

    They’re good ones too. But are you sure your site is hacked?

    ID and Passwords were completely changed by someone.(no ideas for the reason)

    Give this article a read. The methods there do not require working access to the WordPress dashboard obviously. 😉

    The appearance is totally changed into porno one.
    I am sure that it is hacked…
    Thank you for your idea of using “phpMyAdmin” to change the password.
    I am still struggling with it…
