   Hi there,

   I have a blog on WordPress.com that I want to transfer to a hosted WordPress.org site. There are ~250 posts and quite a few attached photos. The photos range are maximum 3MB (i know, i know, i should upload smaller images), but it shows that they are importing, but I wait an hour and nothing happens it just says: Importing attachment http://site.files.wordpress.com/2010/11/img_4249.jpg...

   I've tried to alleviate the importing by disabling the import of attachments which are successful, then import the attachments, but that does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
