Importing specific tumblr page to WordPress

I want to import a journal I have on my tumblr, but it’s on a tag page i.e. http://www.fallenlegacy.tumblr.com/tagged/365 but I don’t want my whole tumblr imported because a lot of it is just random photos and meaningless things. The tagged/365 is the only thing I want imported onto my wordpress blog. Is there any way I can just import that?
