Im getting this error when i try to move my blogger xml file to my site.
Before you can upload your import file, you will need to fix the following error:
Unable to create directory /home/a4936600/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2010/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
Please help :)

Try to create the /home/a4936600/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2010/01
folder manually. It's just a CMOD problem I guess.

I Still get the same error.
Also I got the xml file from my blogger and imported it to my mywebsite.wordpress.com account
then i tried to export that to my servers wordpress.
Now im thinking maybe i can do my blogger straight to my servers wordpress but im getting this error:
There was a problem opening a secure connection to Google. This is what went wrong:
Unable to find the socket transport "ssl" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? (3)

I know it has to be something simple but im not familiar with MyPhp.
Im not sure how to enable that particular socket
Check with your host to see if they have SSL support compiled into their install of PHP. WordPress is trying to make a secure connection and it is unable to do so.

Asked around on their forums and I would have to pay for SSL on my current host (000webhost).
Know any hosting sites that offer free SSL by any chance ?
