   I'm using wordpress to manage pages and comments for a documentation site. I have a team of people that work on the documentation in a third party editor. This content is exported to XML to put into the wordpress site. I want to import the XML and reimport when updates, changes and rewrites are made but preserve the comments made within wordpress. Is this possible?

   I think you're going to risk replicating content if you continually import from XML.
