Importing Demo Content

    I’m working with a client on a new WordPress site. I purchased and uploaded the Solido Theme by JellyThemes. The theme installed with no issues; however, I can’t seem to get the demo content uploaded. I’ve tried a few times and can’t seem to see the content in my Dashboard, even though it seems to be in its respective folder when I check via FTP.

    Someone from JellyThemes suggested it’s an issue related to my server, but when chatting with my server’s tech support, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

    Wondering what else I can do to get this demo content successfully installed.

    I’ll be happy to PM domain and login info.

    What demo content are you referring to? Did you remember to import the content into WordPress (under Tools > Import)?

    demo content that came with the theme, and yes–that is the way I imported it.

    I’m sorry, but as no one here has access to the demo content provided by your theme, you need to seek support from Jelly Themes. After all, that’s part of what you paid for.
