I have a .zip file (24 mB) of a backup file...i can't import it because it's too big....i tried wxr file splitter, but i have a zip file, that when unzipped doesn't become anything the splitter recognizes...i can see the php.ini file but it only has a timeout of 60 seconds and not anywhere can i see where i can change the file MB size.....i tried uploading it as a zip, but it said the file was empty or too large.
