I have no trouble importing a header image from my local hard drive But Word Press does not see that image in the Header section Nor does it then allow me to edit that new image or Save it.
Do I need a plug-in to see the imported image? Is there some setting that must be changed? Do I need to import the image in some other way than the way that is offered in the Header section?
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
