map data is stored in 2 tables: wp_leafletmapsmarker_markers and wp_leafletmapsmarker_layers – copy these two tables to your new instance. Regarding settings transfer: the pro version also allows you to backup and restore the settings.

Hi Robert,
about your post above, I ve met a little issue…
I ve created a new blog including your plugin and the following shortcode on a page : [mapsmarker layer=”1″]
Then as your advice, make an insert to the dabase to copy the following tables : wp_leafletmapsmarker_markers and wp_leafletmapsmarker_layers.
When I open the blog I see just : [mapsmarker layer=”1″]
but just after have opened the control panel and refresh the page, the map appears…
Why ???
Why do I need to open the panel ?
Why cannot I get immediatly the map ?
Thx
Hi,
sorry, but I dont understand your issue – please post an URL to the map in question or screenshots.
Thx,
Robert

The blog is hosted on my localhost :-(…
may I send you some printscreens ?
1/ The page with the shortcode [mapsmarker layer=”1″] : the map is not displayed
2/ After the connection to the panel (wp-login.php) : the map is visible
Between these two steps, I updated the database with two insert queries into the 2 tables : wp_leafletmapsmarker_markers and wp_leafletmapsmarker_layers
Thx
Screens could help (post them here) – anyway I would advise looking for another method for adding markers as I can’t really support direct database inputs as there are so many things that can go wrong. In about a week for example I will release pro v1.4 which allows users to easily import markers via csv/xls/xlsx/ods files
best,
Robert
