   Hi,

   I have two WordPress installations on two different webhosts but with the same website (one for development). My problem is that WordPress on the latest installation doesn't include html tags and foreign characters in the feeds. Both installations are 2.7.1 but the old one is upgraded to 2.7.1 and the new one is in this version from the beginning.

   The new installation (Take a look at atom_content where the '<' have disappeared):

   I have tried to copy most of the old files to the new server with no luck. Is some problem with WordPress 2.7.1 reading rss or is it someting wrong with my new server?

   The problem was a bug in PHP and the libxml2 library.

   I first tried the fix that can be loaded as a plugin but it didn't work.

   My server host upgraded to libxml2 2.7.3 and PHP 5.2.9 and the problem was solved!
