Imported rss/xml feed doesn’t include html-tags since 2.7.1

Hi,
I have two WordPress installations on two different webhosts but with the same website (one for development). My problem is that WordPress on the latest installation doesn’t include html tags and foreign characters in the feeds. Both installations are 2.7.1 but the old one is upgraded to 2.7.1 and the new one is in this version from the beginning.
The new installation (Take a look at atom_content where the ‘<‘ have disappeared):
