Imported feeds scheduled date / time

I can’t for the life of me figure out this problem:

My imported feeds has 50+ scheduled items due to time zone difference from the feed (i think?.) I thought I could fix the issue by changing my WP time to match / be ahead of the feed’s time but it still seems to be waiting until my time matches. Is there a way to force scheduled items to publish or a way to fix this?

I’m not sure if that’s even the problem or if its an issue with the free version of the plugin, or what. Sorry if this is basic, I’m pretty new to all this.
