Is it possible to create a WordPress blog and import into it several messages from a Usenet Newsgroup ?
The messages may be in Outlook Express or Outlook formats such as .DBX or .NWS ?

You want to import offers from providers like on this website : http://best-newsgroup-provider.com/ ? If you want to do that you must contact usenet providers. They have RSS urls to give you to include on your website.
