IMPORTANT: Upgrade files version listing

hi,

i really enjoy wordpress for years now, but everytime a new version comes out it takes me hours to find the upgrade files for the new version. i dont want to download the hole new wordpress, instead only the updated files, because i have modified wordpress here and then.

is it possible like on the wordpress germany page (http://static.wordpress-deutschland.org/de-edition/) to also list only the upgrade files as well (like 2.7 to 2.7.1)? i am not using SVN to get the trunk – please just easy as possible 😉
