   I don't know PHP. I have a pure XHTML strict and CSS site I need to be put into CMS for 10 supervisors to access. Is this possible with WP? I picked a theme that had similar layout, but even after tweaking CSS I don't know what to do about the fact there is not HTML page because it has PHP throughout.

   I've been through several tutorials and articles on changing themes, but none really have worked so far. Also for a new header image would I just put my images into the root folder?

   Yes - it's possible but some basic knowledge of PHP would probably help.

   Check your theme's stylesheet.

   Thanks, looks like I will need to hire someone to do this.
