Import RSS with special charachters

    This is the first line in your feed:
    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”ISO-8859-1“?>

    And this is the charset of your blog:
    …content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8“…

    They are incompatible.
    You either convert the old feed to utf-8 or set your blog’s encoding to correspond to the old one (admin > Options > Reading)
