Hey fokes..
I have now migrated to wordpress, and i works damn good.. I was recommended to change to this bloggingplatform by a friend and its awesome.. BUT!
Before i was using boastMachine, and there i had 70+ users which was registered.. How tha hell do i import them into my wordpress so they can log in with there username/password..? And if its possible, how do i import my posts?

Hm, I do have a script that migrates everything else, when I made that script I didn't want to start hacking with the users.
The issue as i see it is that both passwords are encrypted so that there was now way that this could be solved within the timelimit i had.
I will however look into it to see if there is possible to do some kind of workaround where those users may set a new password when they log in or something.

i would love to have the ability to import my old BM users into WP. I am at the end of the road w/ BM.
bossmop, your script works great thanks! what is the problem with importing the users? are the password fields structured differently? Just wondering since I have about 500+ users in my BM blog, and resetting passwords would be a bi!@*%!
