import from new blogger to 2.2

I got my blog upgraded to 2.2 today and now want to import my old blog from blogger. I’m running into an error message:

“Could not connect to https://www.google.com

There was a problem opening a secure connection to Google. This is what went wrong:

Success (0)”

Am I doing something wrong, or is blogger just overrun with people trying to export out of there?
